I love helping people reduce tension and relieve stress from the day to day challenges we all face. It is vital that we invest in our own self care without feeling an ounce of guilt.  I offer a wide range of modalities as well as  length of sessions, which you can easily find on my service page.  I am also more than happy to discuss options with you over the phone.

In my free time, I love spending time outside, reading or just enjoying the warm, fresh air. I love animals and often foster or volunteer at a local shelter. I also enjoy dog and cat sitting when I am not practicing massage.
